Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that uses light, precise movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid in the body. Pressure is light and non-invasive.

IMPORTANT: This service is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not appropriate for individuals with lymphedema or serious lymphatic or medical conditions. Clients with such conditions must seek care from a qualified medical specialist.

Options to make your massage comfortable with either a pregnancy bolster to lie face down or massage sideline.

Only will see clients starting in the second trimester. Please consult with your doctor to be cleared for massage.

Breast massage is a gentle, nurturing technique that can be included as part of your session to support natural lymphatic flow in the chest and surrounding areas. Many clients find this work calming and beneficial for reducing feelings of fullness, encouraging circulation, and promoting overall relaxation and body awareness.

This service is always optional and offered with the utmost respect for your comfort and boundaries. If you are interested in including breast massage in your session, please request it in advance so appropriate time, consent, and preparation can be provided.
