The therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time if professional boundaries are crossed or if treatment requests are outside safe professional practice. This includes requests for unsafe pressure, overworking an area, or techniques that may cause harm. Your therapist will communicate openly if adjustments are needed, and services may be discontinued if professional recommendations are not respected.Client Comfort & Draping
Clients will remain professionally draped at all times in accordance with Texas laws and ethical massage standards. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Client comfort, consent, and safety are always prioritized. -
If you’re new to massage therapy, your comfort and safety are always the priority. Before your session, you will complete a consent and intake form that helps your therapist better understand your health history, preferences, goals, and any areas that may need special attention. This allows us to create a session tailored to your individual needs. Please fill out forms before coming to the appointment to avoid cutting your massage time. Forms will be sent via email.
Please feel comfortable asking questions at any time before, during, or after your massage. Open communication is ENCOURAGED, especially regarding pressure, temperature, comfort, or any concerns that may arise during the session. Your feedback helps ensure the experience is both effective and relaxing.
For most massage sessions, clients are encouraged to undress to their personal comfort level. In general, the fewer layers of clothing worn, the easier it is for the therapist to effectively work with muscles and connective tissue. However, your comfort always comes first. If you prefer to keep some or all clothing on, your therapist will absolutely work within your comfort level, though certain techniques and results may be more limited.
During your massage, professional draping will always be used in accordance with Texas laws and ethical massage therapy standards. You will remain appropriately covered at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your privacy, dignity, and consent are deeply respected throughout the entire session

Massage therapy is generally safe for most people, but there are certain conditions where massage may not be recommended or may require medical clearance first. Please inform your therapist of any health concerns, injuries, surgeries, medications, or medical conditions before your session.
Massage may not be appropriate if you currently have:
Fever, contagious illness, or active infection
Blood clots or clotting disorders
Severe inflammation or uncontrolled high blood pressure
Recent surgery or acute injury
Open wounds, burns, or contagious skin conditions
Severe osteoporosis or fractures
Certain heart conditions
Severe pain of unknown cause
Intoxication from drugs or alcohol
Some conditions may require modifications rather than avoiding massage completely. Your safety is always the priority.
Please note that massage therapists do not diagnose medical conditions. If you have concerns about whether massage is appropriate for you, it is always best to consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before booking a session.

No.
At this time, all appointments must be scheduled online in advance, and walk-in appointments are not available.

Tipping is absolutely not necessary, but it is always appreciated. Please never feel pressured to tip, especially if money is tight. I would much rather see you consistently taking care of your body and coming in more often than worry about receiving a tip. Your support and trust in my work already mean a lot.
-
No. This is your session and the number one goal is for you to relax. I will only check in occasionally to see if pressure is good and if you’re comfortable.
-
Neither is necessary, but showering beforehand is courteous, and you should inform the therapist of any skin conditions or rashes.
